Founded in 2012, Waqas Ali Associates began as a residential architecture practice in Karachi — built on the belief that architecture should be a deeply personal act, shaped by the land, the client, and the culture it emerges from.
Over twelve years, we have grown into a fully integrated architectural ecosystem, offering architecture, consultancy, cinematic visualization through WARCHIT Studio, and luxury construction through WAA Builders.
Our work spans luxury residences in DHA and Bahria Town, commercial developments across Karachi, and visualization projects for clients in Pakistan and internationally.
